A Little About Me

I began my lifeguard career back in 2017, at only sixteen years old. I took this job only because my family told me to go out and get one. Little did I know this would spark many life events and funny moments that I will never forget. The summer of 2017 I worked many long and hot hours. They paid off though, because in 2018 I got promoted to a safety trainer in aquatics, and then in 2019 became a head lifeguard on top of that. I have won multiple awards like “Guard of the Week” and Team member of the month. I have also been a part of many national audits. I hope to show people that lifeguard is a very serious job, but among the coworkers, life gets a little more complex and creates some very interesting life stories.
